Lounges Newark airport

There are various places to stay while waiting at Newark Liberty International Airport. We are here to help you with managing your time right. It’s typical for any airport to have various lounges in various terminals. Newark Liberty International Airport is not an exclusion.

Lounges and Terminals

There are lounges within the Terminal A area: United Club, American Airlines Admiral Club, and AirCanada Maple Leaf Lounge.

The same picture we have in Terminal B where the following lounges are located: British Airways Lounge, Lufthansa Business, Senator Lounges, Delta Sky Club, and SAS.

Terminal C has only United Airlines and United Club at several gates. So, why are they so popular? Lounges are separate passengers by airlines, so they can provide the best possible services and work on their reputation more precisely. If a passenger travels with several transfers, a few want to wait in the lobby with everyone. So, if you have the same day boarding, you can wait in the lounge.

Lounges’ features

Let’s take a closer look at several lounges to compare. We decided to choose the lounges of the two most known airlines: American and Lufthansa.

American Airlines provides us with a variety of snacks, access to the bar with soft and alcoholic drinks, coffee machines where we can serve ourselves a cup of coffee without limitations. Also, we can pay for food and drink if we want something extra. There are many TV panels where we can watch business and sports channels. We don’t know if it’s possible to connect your device like a phone to watch videos, but this would be great. There are various business services provided and this allows us to rely on proper help. We can book a conference room if there’s a need to make a video or offline conference. There’s Wi-Fi everywhere without a limitation. There are several lists of rules and allowances. In general, if you have the same-day board pass, you can get access. The fees vary depending on the program you follow. If you are in the military, you can get in for free.

A passenger can bring their spouse and up to two children for free. Kids under 2 get access for free and don’t count as guests.

To get access you must have a government ID and a meme bet card.

If we talk about Lufthansa in addition to being mentioned in American Airlines, it has newspapers and magazines. We can receive salads and sandwiches. There’s a business center where we can work. Business class passengers are allowed to enter for free. Economic class passengers must pay $35 for adults and $20 for kids from 2 to 12. With a Priority Pass, they can enter the lounge two hours before a flight. We should take into account that if the lounge is busy, we can be denied to enter. Anyway, pricing is high: $99 for standard, $299 for standard plus, and $429 for prestige.
