Terminal C map

Newark Liberty International Airport has three terminals. We would like to explain to you the features of Terminal C. It is located in the North. The airport management decided that it should serve only domestic flights.

There are some airlines available in Gate EWR airport:

  • Cathay Pacific
  • British Airways
  • Delta Air Lines
  • Alleging Air
  • and United Airlines which is the core operator.

You can easily reach the terminal from other ones using a taxi, shuttle, or by walking. Shuttles start every ten minutes and they can be found on the ground level.

We can see from the picture that Terminal C has the concourse level, upper level, mid-level, and lower level. There are three branches with gateways: C1 (C70-C99), C2 (C101-C115), and C3 (C120-C139).

So, you decide to fly on a vacation, business trip, or visit relatives. What should you do first? We can advise you do several steps in the right order:

  1. You have to purchase a ticket or round-trip tickets on an airplane first.
  2. Almost immediately you have to book a hotel or a room on Airbnb or similar services.
  3. After purchasing a ticket you have all requirements delivered to your email.
  4. You have to manage your baggage size and its weight. It’s not a big deal and you can easily do it at home.
  5. There will also be a list of restrictions about items and liquids that aren’t allowed to be carried on the board. Don’t worry it is a common practice because of the rules. They help protect people from terrorists making their activities almost impossible.
  6. You have to be at the airport two or three hours before international flights and one-two hours before a domestic flight.
  7. After coming, you have to find your company and check-in.
  8. The manager can check your documents that verify your personality and check the baggage weight and size.
  9. If everything is okay, you get your board pass.
  10. The next step is proceeding to the security check-in queue. It can take up to ten minutes.
  11. You have to pass all items and go through a metal detector. Then, you can pick up all your items and proceed to the concourse hall.
  12. So, now we can wait for the flights to do different activities. We can chill in cafeterias or restaurants. It’s possible to exchange money. There are restrooms and various services. There’s plenty of space with sits to relax.
  13. You should check monitors and voice information to be on time on your flight.
  14. We can request support from volunteer organizations or people who help the disabled. The airport includes various elevators for this purpose.
  15. So, the manager informs you about your flight. This means that you have to proceed to the determined gate and start boarding.
  16. A queue goes quickly as usual. So, it’s possible to complete the registrations within half an hour.
  17. After this, you take a place on a bus that will drive you to the airplane
